My name’s Blair Halver…

My life’s pretty good… I retired about 30 years early, at age 36, so that I could spend more time with my family doing the things I wanted to do instead of working my dead-end soul-sucking job for the rest of my life.

I have a wife and two kids…

I’m able to work from home, so we can be location-independent…

Plus, we love to travel, we go on a few trips every year…

Places like Amsterdam and Norway, and then of course there are all the obligatory trips to Hilton Head every year with the kids.

I’m also able to support a few non-profits which we care about, not just financially, but with my time as well.

As of writing this, I’m currently living on the golf course at the country club near Winston-Salem, NC

A few years ago we were able to move back to NC to be closer to family and were able to put our kids in private school.

In 2007, I just got married to my wife and I was working 60+ hour work weeks at a dead-end job.

I had no way of making passive residual income…

I had no way of easily finding deals without leaving my house…

...and I even lost the first rental property I ever invested in because of the 2008 market crash.

This meant my dream of building “passive income” and living a life of freedom went out the window…
